1 Year Builders warranty: For the first year M.J. Design build will take care of any issues that arise after you have moved into your new home.  M.J. Design Build retains control of any warranty issues the first year in order to correct problems in the future on other homes. And to make sure you are satisfied with your new home. We know that the success of our company rests with your satisfaction.

2-10 H.B.W. Warranty: The 2-10 Warranty covers workmanship and material through year one, major mechanical systems through year two and qualified structural defects (as defined in the warranty booklet) through year ten.
